We recently bought a 20mm Bechler from Comex® to do a particular job in our machine shop, We tried several dealers but COMEX® offered us a deal we could not refuse. The machine offered was exactly what we needed and at a price that seemed a bit low.
I went to Bridgeport to look the machine over and was very impressed with it. COMEX® had renewed the headstock completely, the cam shaft was refitted with all new bearings to closer tolerances than when the machine was new, and the main shaft had the same treatment.
The machine was fitted with the attachments we required and was shipped within two weeks.
Within ten days of receipt of the machine it was in production and making excellent parts. I continues to do so.
After sales service was excellent and included free advice from you, the owner, on how to get the very best out of the machine.
We will certainly go back to COMEX® when we require additional machines. The low price was a genuine bargain.
