Escomatic

Escomatic machining rotates tools around a stationary length of coil fed metal. This is variation of standard Swiss style turning which uses spindle-held rotating stock.

The "Esco Concept" minimizes vibrations, allowing for extremely high precision parts.

The continuously fed self-straightening coil stock reduces the turning needed to achieve the desired diameter. The Esco has excellent repeatability throughout production, even on runs of more than one million pieces
